Who you are dealing with
BuildHive, operating from Ontario, Canada. Reach me atinfo@buildhive.tech. A real person reads that address.
What you are buying
Hard Emails, Handled is a digital document — templates, prompts and worked examples. It is delivered as a file and a page you can copy into your own workspace. There is no physical product, no software, no login and no ongoing service.
Purchase and delivery are handled by Gumroad. Their terms apply to the transaction itself. This site never processes a payment.
What you may do with it
Use everything in it in your own business, for as long as you like. Send the emails, adapt them, rewrite them, put them in your own templates, hand them to a VA, feed them to whatever AI tool you use. That is what it is for and no attribution is required.
What you may not do with it
Resell it, republish it, or repackage it as your own product or lead magnet. Do not share the file publicly or upload it somewhere it can be downloaded by people who did not buy it. One purchase covers one business.
What it is not
It is not legal advice, financial advice, or accounting advice. The contract clauses on page 21 are a starting point drafted for the general case, not for your jurisdiction or your situation, and you should have a lawyer read your contract before you rely on it.
It also is not a guarantee that a client will pay you. These are emails that work more often than the alternative, which is not the same as always. Anyone selling you the other version is lying.
Refunds
30 days, no questions, no form. The mechanism is on therefunds page.
The email list
Subscribing is free and unsubscribing is one click. I may stop sending, change what I send, or close the list entirely. Nothing you paid for depends on the list existing.
Liability
The material is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for anything connected to it is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed by an agreement.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one that was published on the day you bought it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada as they apply there.
