How to get one
Reply to your Gumroad receipt — the email with your download link in it — and write "refund". That is the whole process. You do not need to explain why, and I will not ask, and I will not send you a save-the-sale email first.
If you cannot find the receipt, emailinfo@buildhive.tech from the address you bought with and say the same word.
How long it takes
I process refunds by hand, usually the same day and always within three business days. After that it is your bank's clock — normally five to ten days for the money to reappear on the statement, and there is nothing either of us can do to hurry that part.
Keeping the file
Keep it. I am not going to try to claw back a document you have already copied into your workspace, and pretending otherwise would be theatre. If it wasn't useful to you, the honest outcome is you have your money back — what you do with the file is not the interesting part of that transaction.
Why the window is 30 days
Because that is long enough to actually send one of the emails and find out whether it worked. A 7-day window on a document about a 30-day invoice cycle would be a policy designed not to be used.
